Our original office at 7216 US 301 N, Suite #120 in Ellenton is open now and accepting patients. If you're on the west side of Manatee County — Ellenton, Parrish, Palmetto, or West Bradenton — that location may be more convenient for you. Same great care, same provider, same pricing.
Simple Membership Pricing — No Insurance Required
Meadow Primary Care operates on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership model. You pay a flat monthly fee and get unlimited access to your provider. No insurance billing, no copays, no surprise bills.
- Ages 2–25: $59/month
- Ages 26+: $119/month
- Family (2 adults + 2 children): $289/month
- Medicare: $0 membership — we bill Medicare directly
No contracts. Cancel anytime. We also offer cash-pay visits at $125 initial / $75 follow-up for those who don't want a membership.
Medicare Patients Welcome
We're one of the few DPC practices in Manatee County that accepts Medicare. Your membership fee is $0 — we bill Medicare directly — and you get the same full DPC experience as our self-pay members. Same-day access, long visits, direct provider communication.
