At Meadow Primary Care, your membership gives you more than just office visits — it gives you unlimited, connected access to your provider and peace of mind knowing your care is always within reach. Here’s what you can expect as part of your membership: 

You’ll never be left wondering how to get help.
Reach us easily via phone, secure text, or email.
Most issues can be handled remotely — saving you trips to the office when it’s not necessary.

When you do need to be seen, you’ll enjoy same-day or next-day appointments and little to no waiting.

Your visits will never feel rushed.

• Follow-up appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 30 minutes.
• New patient visits are typically an hour or more.

You also have unlimited secure messaging access for questions, follow-ups, or concerns between visits.

This means more time to get your questions answered and to build a meaningful relationship with your provider.

Your membership covers a wide range of services at no additional cost:

• Unlimited office visits (wellness, sick visits, chronic disease management, etc.)
• School, sports, and work physicals
• Secure messaging and direct phone/text access — including after-hours availability
• In-office labs (select tests)
• Coordination of care with specialists and hospitals
• Discounted labs for more advanced or external testing
• Access to discounted medications at wholesale prices
• Minor procedures (splinting, wound care, incision & drainage, etc.)

We don’t bill insurance — and that’s intentional. By removing the insurance barrier, we provide better access, better care, and better value.

That said, we are currently accepting some insurance plans and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if we are out-of-network. Many patients with high-deductible or cost-sharing plans find this model more affordable and transparent.

• Help you find lower-cost labs, imaging, and specialty referrals

Federal regulations prevent us from charging Medicare beneficiaries directly for services that Medicare typically covers—unless we officially opt out of the program. We’re exploring ways to support Medicare patients in the future and encourage you to join our waitlist so you’re the first to know when spots open.
