Our Lakewood Ranch / East Bradenton office is at 9030 58th Dr E Suite 102, Bradenton, FL 34202. We serve patients from across Manatee County and into Sarasota — including Bradenton, Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto, and surrounding areas. We also offer telehealth statewide across Florida.

Yes. We're currently accepting new Medicare patients into a limited panel. We bill Medicare directly the way any primary care practice would — standard Medicare rules apply, including copays once your deductible is met. Medicare patients are not part of our DPC membership, but are seen by Meriem with the same focus on unhurried care.

Individual DPC memberships start at $59/mo for ages 2-25 and $119/mo for ages 26+. Family memberships (2 adults + 2 children) are $289/mo. Medicare patients follow a different path — we bill Medicare directly rather than charging a membership fee, with standard Medicare copays and deductibles applying.

Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are standard at Meadow Primary Care. Because our provider maintains a smaller patient panel than traditional practices, we have availability when you need it.
