What is Direct Primary Care?

A membership model: you pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited primary care: same-day visits, 30–60 minute appointments, and direct text access to your provider, with no copays or insurance billing.

Do I still need insurance?

DPC covers your primary care, but it isn't insurance. We recommend pairing your membership with a catastrophic or high-deductible plan for hospital, ER, and specialist coverage.

How does it work if I'm on Medicare?

Medicare patients follow a separate path: we bill Medicare directly like any primary care practice, with standard Medicare rules (copays after deductible). Medicare patients aren't part of the DPC membership, but are seen by Meriem in the same practice.

What does it cost?

$59/mo for kids (2–25), $119/mo for adults (26+), and $289/mo for a family of four. No contracts, cancel anytime.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are standard for members, plus direct text access and statewide Florida telehealth between visits.
