We don’t bill insurance directly, but yes, you can absolutely join even if you have insurance.

At Meadow Primary Care, we use a simple, membership-based model that keeps costs transparent and care personal. This means you’ll pay a flat monthly fee for your primary care needs, and we won’t send bills to your insurance company.

However, you can still use your insurance separately for things like:

• Lab work
• Imaging (like X-rays or MRIs)
• Medications
• Specialist referrals or hospital visits

We welcome patients with or without insurance and we’re here to help you get the best of both worlds.

No. Since we don’t bill insurance or charge for individual visits, there are no claims to submit. Everything is included in your monthly membership.

We offer deeply discounted lab pricing for our members — often 80-90% less than the rates charged when using insurance. We partner with Quest, Labcorp, and Access Medical Labs. 

This season, we are offering flu vaccines and are actively working with vendors to secure additional vaccines at discounted rates for our members. Our goal is to expand access to routine vaccinations while keeping costs low and care convenient. Stay tuned for updates!

We help you save on prescriptions by providing access to wholesale pricing on over 100 commonly used generic medications. We’ll also work with you to find the lowest prices available using discount programs, pharmacy savings tools, or local pricing options, whatever gets you the best deal.

While Meadow Primary Care covers nearly all of your primary care needs, we recommend that patients still carry insurance or a catastrophic plan for hospitalizations, surgeries, or expensive specialty treatments. We’re happy to help coordinate care and advocate for affordable options when you need them.

No. We do not round in the hospital, but we remain available to help manage your care if you are hospitalized. We encourage patients or family members to stay in touch via text or phone so we can help guide your care and ensure a smooth transition back to outpatient care.

Federal regulations prevent us from charging Medicare beneficiaries directly for services that Medicare typically covers, unless we officially opt out of the program. We’re exploring ways to support Medicare patients in the future and encourage you to join our waitlist so you’re the first to know when spots open.

Many of our members have insurance, they just choose Meadow Primary Care for better access, more time with their provider, and a simpler, more personal experience.

Yes! At Meadow Primary Care, we offer personalized weight loss support for our members—including nutrition coaching, lifestyle guidance, lab work, and prescription-based treatment when appropriate.

We also offer GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy®, Zepbound™, Mounjaro®, and Ozempic®, as long as you meet the medical criteria and are an active member of our practice.
