Do I have to live near the clinic to use telehealth?

No. As long as you’re a Florida resident or temporarily in Florida, you can access our telehealth from anywhere in the state.

Is telehealth included in my membership?

Yes. There is no additional fee—telehealth visits are part of your monthly membership..

What can I be seen for during a virtual visit?

Common colds, rashes, mental health check-ins, chronic condition follow-ups, lab reviews, medication management, and more.

Can you prescribe medications during telehealth visits?

Yes. If appropriate, we can send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy.
