At Meadow Primary Care, we believe that healthcare should feel personal, not transactional.
That’s exactly why Meriem Richardson founded Meadow Primary Care, to bring compassionate, accessible care back to families and individuals in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding communities.

With more than 10 years of experience in healthcare, Meriem has cared for patients in some of the most demanding environments. She spent years as a hospitalist with a focus on cardiac care, served as an urgent care provider, and worked as a trusted provider in one of the busiest primary care office in Manatee County. Through it all, she became known not only for her clinical skill, but for her deep compassion and unwavering commitment to doing right by every patient.

Meriem has always had a bleeding heart for her patients, and after seeing firsthand how traditional insurance-based care often limits the time and attention patients deserve, she knew there had to be a better way. That’s why she and her husband, entrepreneur Justin Richardson, founded Meadow Primary Care, a practice built on the belief that great care starts with real relationships and direct access to your provider.
