Our physical clinic is located in Ellenton/Parrish, FL, proudly serving the surrounding communities of Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Palmetto, St. Petersburg, Sun City Center, and Riverview.

Virtual visits are included with every membership and available to all Florida residents—including snowbirds and seasonal visitors.

Please note: An initial in-person visit is required to establish care before telehealth services can begin.
