Exam room at Meadow Primary Care, serving Sarasota

Sarasota has no shortage of medical offices. What's hard to find is a provider with time for you, who answers when you have a question, and who doesn't book you three weeks out.

Meadow Primary Care is a Direct Primary Care practice just north of the county line. For many Sarasota members, most of their care happens without leaving home.

Telehealth First, In Person When It Matters

Members get telehealth visits anywhere in Florida and direct text access to their provider. Follow-ups, medication questions, lab reviews, and many sick visits are handled by video or text, often the same day.

When you need an exam, our office at 9030 58th Dr E, Suite 102, Bradenton, FL 34202 is 10 to 15 minutes from University Park and the UTC area, and about 25 minutes from downtown Sarasota.

How Direct Primary Care Works

You pay one flat monthly fee directly to the practice. That covers your primary care: unlimited visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and direct access to your provider. No copays, no deductibles, and no insurance billing for everyday care. We keep our panel under 600 patients, so there's always time for you. Learn more about DPC.

Many Sarasota members pair a membership with a lower-cost, higher-deductible plan for hospital and specialist coverage. See how DPC and a high-deductible plan work together.
