Most patients fall into one of three groups. The meet & greet is a chance to walk through what makes sense for your situation.
Best for: uninsured patients, families wanting predictable healthcare costs, or anyone tired of 7-minute rushed visits.
Important: Medicare patients are not part of the DPC membership. DPC member benefits like direct text access and unlimited visits are reserved for members. Two separate paths, one practice.
You can still join the DPC membership and may get some money back.
Meadow memberships are HSA and FSA eligible. Use pre-tax dollars to pay your monthly membership — that's a built-in 22–37% savings depending on your tax bracket.
If you have a PPO with out-of-network benefits, we provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan — we can't guarantee what your plan covers, but many patients receive partial reimbursement.
We don't bill insurance directly — you pay Meadow, then submit to your plan if reimbursement applies.
