Our office is at 9030 58th Dr E, Suite 102, Bradenton, FL 34202, just off I-75 at SR-70. From most of Parrish it's a 20 to 25 minute drive south, with parking right at the door.
For many visits, you won't need to drive at all. Members get telehealth anywhere in Florida and can text their provider directly. Medication questions, follow-ups, lab reviews, and many sick visits happen from your kitchen table in Parrish. When you do need an exam, you'll be seen same-day or next-day.
