No Insurance Required
Our GLP-1 membership is available to anyone, insured or not. We do not bill insurance for DPC services. If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to submit for partial reimbursement using a superbill we provide. Medicare patients are seen visit by visit and billed directly to Medicare, separate from the membership. Eligible Part D patients may qualify for the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge.

Before prescribing a GLP-1 medication, Meadow runs a comprehensive metabolic panel including blood sugar (HbA1c and fasting glucose), kidney function, liver function, thyroid, and lipid panel. These labs are billed separately at our discounted cash rates.
Your initial evaluation is in-person at our our Lakewood Ranch location office. All follow-up appointments for your GLP-1 program are conducted via telehealth, available statewide across Florida.
